Nope. You data is encrpted on your computer before being sent over the Internet for storage. Only you have the encryption key, only you can access your data.
If you are using a NetRescue storagee service, your data will be stored on a NetRescue owned server, in a datacentre in Albany, Auckland. Another copy is also held in Blenheim for geographic diversity. If you are using Cloud storage, your data is stored with Dropbox.
